Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing Plant Revolutions products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase to file a return or refund claim for an item purchased from Plant Revolution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Only damaged, contaminated or otherwise unusable products will be replaced or refunded.)
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
After inspecting the item, we will notify you about the status of your replacement or refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate either a replacement order for a new product or create a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the replacement product or credit within 30 days of approval, depending on your shipping location or card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a replacement product, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Plant Revolution Inc..
